Dr. Bunch and his staff listened to my concerns. I changed my procedures several times because of having anxiety on what I wanted to do. I went to see Dr. Bunch just to talk again about what I had decided to do. He was so patient with me, he took his time. I went with a list (literally) of questions, he sat down and answered every question on my list. He did not seem annoyed at all. Ben was also very patient, I probably called him five times or so just to talk! He was very explanatory, patient, and always answered my million questions. Everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable. The nurses and anesthesiologist were all great as well. I am very very pleased with my results and very thankful I went through with it! The staff is amazing everyone is so kind and friendly and they make sure to answer all your questions and concerns. I had a procedure done and I was so scared but they made me feel so comfortable. The doctor is amazing and friendly. He is so kind when I went in for surgery he guarantee me that everything was gonna be OK and I was gonna look amazing. When I went to postop he makes sure to give me a hug and tell me how great I look and I appreciate him for everything.
